INFORMATION ABOUT TEAMS / SUPER TEAMS:

SIGN UP AS A TEAM OF 8 OR MORE PEOPLE AND RECEIVE $5 OFF EACH REGISTRATION (teams can sign up for different distances).
HERE’S HOW:

  • MAIL IN / BRING TO STORE:
    Email us at [email protected] to receive a paper registration form. Fill out forms for the entire team (at least 8 people, not including the kids race) and subtract $5 from each registration. Team registrations and single check can be mailed to us or turned in at Road Runner Sports. You can add team members by having each team member mail in their registration with the team name clearly marked on the form.
  • ONLINE:
    Have ONE person register online and create the team. Once created, each participant will select the team name from the drop down menu. After the event, all participants on teams of eight or more will receive $5 back to the card they paid with.

CREATE A SUPER TEAM!

HOW TO CREATE YOUR SUPER TEAM AND RAISE MONEY:
For teams with 40 or more members, Terrapin Events will make a donation in the name of your team, company or organization to the charity of your choice at the rate of $5 per team member (does not include kids race). This is in addition to all team members receiving $5 off per entry! For example, a Terrapin Super Team with 100 participants would raise $500 for the non-profit organization of its choice! Plus save $500 on their registration! Pretty sweet!

CHOOSE YOUR TEAM’S FUNDRAISING RECIPIENT.
Creating a Terrapin Super Team is an easy way to support a great cause, and everyone wins. Team members already receive a $5 discount off the individual entry fee. By expanding your team to 40+ for one of our events, team members can combine their recruiting and team-building efforts to help raise funds for a worthy group or organization. The recipient can be a well-known charity, or even one of our primary beneficiaries of the race you are participating in. Or maybe you have a high school band, group, athletic team or club that you want to raise money for. The choice is yours!
