GENERAL INFORMATION ABOUT THE MT TABOR DOGGIE DASH:
Please read below to find many of our frequently given answers.

ABOUT THE KIDS EVENT:
The kids’ race is a non-timed 1/2 mile event for children of all ages. The cost for this event is $5 without a t-shirt. Parents are welcomed and encouraged to run or walk with their kids. There is no cost for parents to run with kids. The kids event starts where the 8k starts (near the playground) and finishes where all the other events finish (at the finish chute near the party).

AFTER RACE PARTY / LIVE MUSIC / FOOD / BEVERAGE:
This fun and relaxing party takes place in the park at picnic area A near the basketball courts (see map on our website). Come lounge on the grass and listen to some great music while sipping on a couple of Lagunitas brews (over 21) or root beer (under 21) and eating some delicious post race food (all included in entry fee).

There is also fruit / bread and other tasty treats from several of our great sponsors! The after race party is free for all to attend. However, only participants will receive the goodies FREE at the party.

CLOTHING CHECK-IN AT THE EVENT:
There is a clothing check at this event. We use organic cotton bags for this instead of plastic bags and we re-use them, so please be sure to help keep costs down and return them to us. Or feel free to check your own bag or backpack. To protect your belongings, only the person wearing the bib with the matching # will be allowed to retrieve the belongings in the bag.

DOGS / PETS IN THE EVENT:
Bring your pups along for this dog-friendly event!
Please make sure they are well bahaved, friendly and on a leash at all times!

JOGGING STROLLERS IN THE EVENT:
Jogging strollers are permitted in this event.  However we ask that you be respectful to the other participants and please start toward the back.

IPODS / MP3 PLAYERS:
