Theme: Stranger Things
We are extremely excited to be partnering with McMenamins Edgefield for the Run Like Hell event this year! Edgefield is a destination resort encompassing a 74 acre parcel of farmland at the mouth of the spectacular Columbia River Gorge Scenic Area. Edgefield blends Oregon’s natural beauty with McMenamins’ signature whimsy. The partnership couldn’t be better suited and we are excited to host this event at such an amazing place.
All participants will shuttle from McMenamin’s to the start and finish near the Columbia Gorge Outlets. All three distances will run along the beautiful and tranquil path adjacent to the Sandy River and will be “out and back” courses. The half will continue along the Marine Drive path adjacent to the Columbia River. The half runs past Blue Lake Park and turns around along Marine Drive. The courses are amazing! As always, this is a Halloween themed event and the post race party at Edgefield is going to be a spectacle in and of itself! Come dressed in costume and join the circus! You won’t be disappointed.
Check out the Edgefield website for more information on all of the wonderful things you can do after the race!
