KEY DATES FOR ROSE CITY RELAY

THURSDAY MARCH 8TH: REGISTRATION OPENS AT 12:01AM.  The inaugural Rose City Relay registration will open.  Limited to 300 teams of six or 1800 participants total. 

THURSDAY APRIL 19TH:  REGISTRATION PRICES WILL INCREASE AT 11:59PM (SEE REGISTRATION PAGE)

THURSDAY APRIL 19TH:  MEDAL DEADLINE.  Last day to order be guaranteed medals or order extra medals (for your volunteer / driver etc)

THURSDAY APRIL 19TH:  LAST DAY TO ADD / UPDATE T-SHIRTS.  Last day to order extra race shirts and update sizes. Size and quantity you have on your roster on Tuesday is what you will receive at packet pick up. Any changes submitted after this date will receive remaining sizes that are available.

FRIDAY JUNE 1ST:  REGISTRATION CLOSES (IF NOT SOLD OUT). ALL TEAM CAPTAINS MUST CREATE A TEAM PRIOR TO REGISTRATION CLOSING.  TEAM MEMBERS CAN BE ADDED BEFORE THE TEAM COMPLETION DEADLINE ($20 each, see below).   Registration will officially close at the end of the day (11:59pm).

FRIDAY JUNE 1ST :  LAST DAY TO ADD OR CHANGE TEAMMATES AT NO CHARGE.  After this day, you must contact us at info@terrapinevents.com to make any changes to your team.  Each addition / change will cost $20.

FRIDAY JUNE 1ST :  TEAM FINISH TIME SURVEY MUST BE COMPLETED.  A minimum of 4 team members for six person teams and 3 team members for four person teams must complete the finish time survey by this date in order to receive an accurate start time. Submit your most accurate/up-to date finish time by registering and completing one of our many great Terrapin races!

FRIDAY JUNE 1ST:  VOLUNTEER DEADLINE!  All teams within 100 miles must have one volunteer signed up or pay the $25 volunteer fee by the end of the day on Friday (11:59pm).

TUESDAY JUNE 12TH:  ALL TEAMS MUST BE COMPLETED WITH ALL TEAM MEMBERS REGISTERED.  LAST DAY FOR ADDITIONS / SUBSTITUTIONS.  THERE ARE NO REFUNDS.

TUESDAY JUNE 12TH:  RACE PACE / FINISH TIME UPDATE.  Last day to update previous race pace / finish times for estimated start seeding.

WEDNESDAY JUNE 20TH:  START TIMES POSTED.  Team start times are posted.  Start times are between 7:00am and 11:00am.

WEDNESDAY JUNE 20TH:  FINAL VOLUNTEER POSITIONS ANNOUNCED. Final volunteer times / positions will be posted.

FRIDAY JUNE 29TH:  PACKET PICK UP / TEAM CAPTAIN MEETING / VAN DECORATING PARTY.  Located at Road Runner Sports in Portland, OR.  Times are between 4:00pm and 8:00pm.  ALL teams are required to have one team member attend.  Packets will not be available race morning.

SATURDAY JUNE 30TH:  INAUGURAL ROSE CITY RELAY!
