KEY DATES FOR ROSE CITY RELAY

JANUARY 2017

TUESDAY JAN. 10TH: REGISTRATION OPENS.  The inaugural Rose City Relay registration will open.  Limited to 300 teams of six or 1800 participants total. 

JUNE 2017

THURSDAY JUNE 1ST:  REGISTRATION CLOSES (IF NOT SOLD OUT). ALL TEAM CAPTAINS MUST CREATE A TEAM PRIOR TO REGISTRATION CLOSING.  TEAM MEMBERS CAN BE ADDED BEFORE THE TEAM MINIMUM DEADLINE.   Registration will officially close at the end of the day (11:59pm).

TUESDAY JUNE 6TH:  MEDAL DEADLINE.  Last day to order extra medals (for your volunteer / driver etc)

TUESDAY JUNE 20TH:  VOLUNTEER DEADLINE!  All teams within 100 miles must have one volunteer signed up or pay the $75 volunteer fee by the end of the day on Monday (11:59pm).

TUESDAY JUNE 20TH:  TEAM MINIMUM ENFORCED:. Teams of six must have at least four members signed up on this date in order to participate.  Teams of four must have at least three members signed up int order to participate.

TUESDAY JUNE 20TH:  LAST DAY FOR FREE ADDITIONS / SUBSTITUTIONS.  After this day, additions /substitutions are $20 per person. All participants must sign online waiver by this date to avoid the fee. 

TUESDAY JUNE 27TH:  TEAM FINISH TIME SURVEY MUST BE COMPLETED.  A minimum of 4 team members for six person teams and 3 team members for four person teams must complete the finish time survey by this date in order to receive an accurate start time. Submit your most accurate/up-to date finish time by registering and completing one of our many great Terrapin races!

FRIDAY JUNE 30TH:  RACE PACE / FINISH TIME UPDATE.  Last day to update previous race pace / finish times for estimated start seeding.

JULY 2017

THURSDAY JULY 6TH:  LAST DAY TO ADD / UPDATE T-SHIRTS.  Last day to order extra race shirts and update sizes. Size and quantity you have on your roster on Thursday is what you will receive at packet pick up. Any changes submitted after this date will receive remaining sizes that are available.

MONDAY JULY 10TH:  START TIMES POSTED.  Team start times are posted.  Start times are between  7:00am and 11:00am.

TUESDAY JULY 11TH:  FINAL VOLUNTEER POSITIONS ANNOUNCED. Final volunteer times / positions will be posted.

FRIDAY JULY 21ST:  PACKET PICK UP / TEAM CAPTAIN MEETING / VAN DECORATING PARTY.  Located at Road Runner Sports in Portland, OR.  Times are between 4:00pm and 8:00pm.  ALL teams are required to have one team member attend.  Packets will not be available race morning.
