WHEN DOES REGISTRATION OPEN?
Registration opens on Thursday March 8th at 12:01am
WHEN DOES REGISTRATION END?
If available, registration will close on Friday June 1st at 11:59pm. However, teams are limited and expected to fill fast.

WHAT IS THE REGISTRATION PROCESS?
On March 8th, team captains will be able to click the REGISTRATION link in the menu above. It is not necessary to have all members of your team by registration time.
Captains will complete the online registration form and pay the registration fee by credit card online. The relay will be limited to the first 300 six person teams or 1800 total participants.
IS THERE A VOLUNTEER REQUIREMENT?
Yes there is. Each team within 100 miles of the start / finish must provide a volunteer to work a 4-6 hour shift or pay the $25 fee for us to hire a volunteer.
WHERE DOES THE RACE START AND FINISH?
Both the running and walking relays start and finishe at LEVEL BEER. Level Beer is located close to the banks of the Columbia River at 5211 NE 148th Ave in Portland. Team start times will be determined and announce on June 20th
HOW LONG IS THE RELAY?
The running relay is approximately 66.5 miles. The walking relay is approximately 44 miles.
IS THERE A WALKING RELAY?
Yes there is. See above answer.
HOW DIFFICULT / LONG ARE EACH LEG?
The entire course is extremely flat! Legs vary in length. See course map tab for more info.
WHAT ARE THE STARTING TIMES?
We will start in waves beginning at 7:00am and ending at 11:00am. We will announce team starting times on June 20th.
IS THERE A PACKET PICKUP?
Yes. This will take place at Road Runner Sports on Friday June 29th from 4:00pm to 8:00pm. Road Runner Sports is located at 29 NW 23rd Place (not ave) in Portland. All teams must attend this pick up. There will be no day of race pick up.
IS THERE A CAPTAINS MEETING?
Yes. This will take place at Road Runner Sports on Friday June 29th. We will announce the time as we get closer to the event. Road Runner Sports is located at 29 NW 23rd Place (not ave) in Portland. All team captains must attend this pick up. There will be no race day captains meeting.
IS THERE A VAN DECORATING PARTY?
Yes. This will take place at Road Runner Sports on Friday July 21st from 4:00pm to 8:00pm. Road Runner Sports is located at 29 NW 23rd Place (not ave) in Portland. You are not required to attend this by why the heck wouldn’t you!
HOW MANY MEMBERS ARE ON EACH TEAM?
Teams vary in size. There are six person teams, four person teams and two person teams.

HOW DO WE CHANGE THE TEAM NAME?
The team captain can change the team name at any time by going to his / her Enmotive account and changing the name. Any members not signed up must be informed of the change by the captain (so they can sign up for the correct team).
WHERE DO WE SIGN THE WAIVER?
All team members must sign the waiver. There is an online waiver, but all members will be required to sign a paper waiver at team check in the morning of the event.
HOW IS OUR START TIME DETERMINED? Based on the info you gave us regarding each of your team members 10k pace time. We calculated the time and put you in the wave that will guarantee you finish before the course closes at 7:00pm.
