DO I GET A MEDAL / WHEN IS THE AWARD CEREMONY?
Medals are included in your registration. Due to the nature of this event (starting in waves and continuing all day), we will not hold an award ceremony. However, we do have ribbons for top three overall in each age category. The final places will be posted online within 24 hours after the completion of the event. Awards can be picked up at either Road Runner Sports location (NW Portland / Tualatin) or we will mail them to you.
WHAT DO I DO WITH MY MUDDY SHOES?
If you don’t want to keep them, we have a muddy shoe donation bin at the event. Please tie your shoes together and place them in the bin.
AM I REGISTERED?
You can search for your name by clicking here (if your name is there you are registered). If you would like to change distances or if there is any info that needs correcting (mis-spelled names, wrong age, etc) please read the next FAQ.
HOW DO I CHANGE MY PERSONAL INFO OR RACE DISTANCE?
You can update your personal info (Gender, Date of Birth, Email Address, Day Phone, Mailing Address, Emergency Contact Name/Phone, How Did You Hear About This Event, User search on ACTIVE.com, and Custom Questions.) by going to your Active.com account and clicking on “my events”. Once there, locate the appropriate event, click the Edit Registration Information link, update the info and click continue. The deadline to change your information is Tuesday Feb 7th at 1159pm. After that date, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to make any changes.
CAN I GET A REFUND?
Sorry there are no refunds for any of our events. See below on how to transfer your registration.
CAN I TRANSFER MY REGISTRATION TO SOMEONE ELSE?
Yes you can. You can read how to transfer your registration by following this link. Once you do that, follow the instructions. Transfers cost $30 each. The deadline to transfer registration is Wednesday Feb. 1st at 11:59pm.
AM I GUARANTEED A T-SHIRT?
You are only guaranteed a t-shirt if you register before the t-shirt cutoff date. For this event the date is Friday January 27th at 11:59pm. Anyone registering after that date will need to wait until after they complete their race to check for any available t-shirts. Sizes are limited and definitely not guaranteed at that point. Avoid the hassle and register before the deadline!
IS THERE A GEAR CHECK?
For your convenience we have a complimentary clothing check, we have reusable bags for your use but we encourage you to bring your own. IMPORTANT! Please do not leave valuables at the gear check. Although our gear checks are very safe and secure, we will not be responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged items.
IS THERE A CHANGING ROOM?
Yes, there are separate changing rooms for men and women. Feel free to bring a change of clothes to change into after your race.
ARE THERE SHOWERS?
Yes, hot showers can be purchased for $5 each. Please bring your own towel. We will provide the soap. Please DO NOT bring your own soap.
CAN I RUN WITH MY DOG?
If you have a service dog, you are welcome to run with your dog. Otherwise we do not allow dogs, cats, monkeys, zebras etc into the event.
CAN I RUN WITH A JOGGING STROLLER?
No, not for this one.
CAN I LISTEN TO MUSIC WHILE I RUN?
Yes you can.
WHERE DO I PARK?
PARKING AT LEE FARMS: This is very limited. Parking passes must be purchased in advance and are $20 for each vehicle. There are 250 passes available. PARKING OPENS AT THE FARM AT 9:00AM. VIEW PARKING MAP.
PARKING AT LEGACY (SHUTTLE): This is also very limited. Please carpool! Parking here is free and the shuttle is free. The shuttle will begin running at 9:00am and will run approximately every 20 minutes. If you are taking the shuttle, please allow a little extra time before your wave begins. The last shuttle will leave the farm for the parking at Legacy at 2:30pm. VIEW PARKING MAP
WHERE DO THE RACES START AND FINISH?
Everything takes place behind the Lee Farms store. Once behind the store you will see the start / finish arches. This is where you start and finish the event.

WHAT IS INCLUDED IN MY REGISTRATION?
We have lots of goodies for you! Besides all the swag form our great sponsors which you can collect at the event, we have one free beer, cider or mimosa (root beer for under 21), tasty food, commemorative t-shirt, commemorative medal, music and much much more!
HOW DO I GET THERE?
You can Google directions to Lee Farms from wherever you are coming from. Lee Farms is located at 21975 SW 65th Ave in Tualatin.
HOW / WHERE DO I GET MY ID CHECKED AND DO I REALLY NEED IT?
Yes, you definitely need your ID. You must have a stamp or a wristband to get your beer mimosa. It is best if you get your ID checked EARLY and get it done with. Then you can avoid one more line when you finish. We have an ID check set up starting in the morning. You can get your ID checked there or at the beer area.
