AM I REGISTERED?
You can see if you are registered by following these steps. 

1) Log onto your account from the Enmotive website http://ramracing.enmotive.com/

2) Open the “My Account” tab in the upper right corner of the screen

3) Look under the “Upcoming Races” column and click on the “View” tab next to the correct race

4) Make sure you have completed the registration for that event.

5) Relax and get ready to have some fun!

HOW DO I CHANGE MY PERSONAL INFO OR RACE DISTANCE?
You can update your personal info with the exception of your name (Gender, Date of Birth, Email Address, Day Phone, Mailing Address, Emergency Contact Name/Phone, How Did You Hear About This Event, t-shirt size and Custom Questions.) by following these steps:

1)  Log into https://terrapin.enmotive.com/users/login

2)  Open the “My Account” tab in the upper right corner of the screen

3)  Look under the “Upcoming Races” column

4)  Click on the “View” tab next to the correct race

5)  Make any desired updates to the available product

CAN I GET A REFUND?
Sorry there are no refunds for any of our events.

CAN I TRANSFER MY REGISTRATION TO SOMEONE ELSE?
Sorry there are no transfers for this event.

AM I GUARANTEED A T-SHIRT?
You You are only guaranteed a t-shirt if you register before the t-shirt cutoff date. For this event the date is Friday April 21st at 11:59pm. Anyone registering after that date will need to wait until after they complete their race to check for any available t-shirts. Sizes are limited and definitely not guaranteed at that point. Avoid the hassle and register before the deadline!

IS THERE A TIME LIMIT TO COMPLETE THE EVENT?
Yes there is. The city of Portland requires events that take place in downtown to maintain a 15 min per mile pace. We ask that everyone run / walk 15 minutes per mile or faster. If you happen to fall behind the pace tail car, you must walk or run on the sidewalks. Also, as a participant, it is your responsibility to begin the event on time. If you are late for the event and the tail pace car has already left the start area, you MUST run or walk on the sidewalk until you get ahead of the tail vehicle. The roads behind the vehicle are open to traffic and it is imperative to your safety that you do this.

CAN I RUN WITH MY DOG?
If you have a service dog, you are welcome to run with your dog. Otherwise we do not allow dogs, cats, monkeys, zebras etc into the event.

CAN I RUN WITH A JOGGING STROLLER?
Yes.

CAN I LISTEN TO MUSIC WHILE I RUN?
Yes you can. However, please keep the volume at a reasonable level for everyone’s safety. There is always a chance that emergency vehicles or the occasional random vehicle might be present on the course and you will need to hear them coming.

CAN I COMPLAIN ABOUT LONG LINES FOR BEER AND FOOD ETC?
No, as a matter of fact you can’t. We try very hard to keep lines moving as fast as possible. Remember, when 3000 people all decide to wait til the last minute to pee or check their clothing, there will be a line. In fact any time 3000 people do anything, there is probably going to be a line. When 3000 people finish an event at the same time, there is going to be a line for beer and food. Keep it in perspective. You are getting some great beer and food and hopefully having an overall good time. There are gonna be lines.

IS THERE PARKING?
There are Smart Parks located close to the start and finish, as well as on-street parking. We always encourage you to carpool.

IS THERE A GEAR CHECK?
For your convenience we have a complimentary clothing check, we have reusable bags for your use but we encourage you to bring your own. IMPORTANT! Please do not leave valuables at the gear check. Although our gear checks are very safe and secure, we will not be responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged items.

WHERE DO THE RACES START AND FINISH?
In 2018, the pre and post race party take place at The Fields Park.  The Fields Park is located at 1099 NW Overton St, Portland, OR 97209.  The races start and finish on NW 11th and NW 12th, at Pettygrove (near the park).

WHEN IS THE AWARD CEREMONY / WHAT ARE THE AWARDS?
The award ceremony will take place at approximately 9:30am for the half marathon and 10:15am for the 10k and 5k events. We will announce the winners, and have trophies for the top three male / female overall in each distance as well as the top three male / female masters overall. We have ribbons for top three male / female in each age category for each race distance.

WHERE IS THE KIDS RACE?
The kids race starts and finishes at the finish line for the adult races. It is a 1/2 mile (total) out and back course.

WHAT IS INCLUDED IN MY REGISTRATION?
We have lots of goodies for you! Besides all the swag form our great sponsors which you can collect at the event, we have two beers or cider  (root beer for under 21), tasty food, commemorative t-shirt, medals (for all distances), live music at the party and on the course and much much more!

HOW / WHERE DO I GET MY ID CHECKED AND DO I REALLY NEED IT?
Yes, you definitely need your ID. You must have a stamp or a wristband to get your beer. It is best if you get your ID checked EARLY and get it done with. Then you can avoid one more line when you finish. We have an ID check set up starting in the morning. You can get your ID checked there or at the beer area.
